2026 Walk to End Alzheimer’s

Marianne Kreisher and Marissa Marshall of Kreisher Marshall & Associates, LLC have been named Co-Chairs of the 2026 Walk to End Alzheimer’s in Bloomsburg. The Walk will take place on Saturday, October 10, 2026, at Bloomsburg Town Park.

The Walk to End Alzheimer’s is the Alzheimer’s Association’s largest annual fundraiser, raising money to support research, education, and services for individuals and families affected by Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia.

As Certified Elder Law Attorneys, Marianne and Marissa work closely with older adults and caregivers every day and they see firsthand how Alzheimer’s and dementia affect not just individuals, but entire families and communities. They are passionate about rallying the Bloomsburg community around this cause and making the 2026 Walk the biggest yet.

Registration: 9:00 a.m. | Opening Ceremony: 10:00 a.m. | Walk Begins: 10:30 a.m.

Calling all local businesses, restaurants, schools, and community groups! It’s time to show your community spirit and join the Purple Power Challenge — a friendly competition to see who can raise the most funds in support of the Bloomsburg Walk to End Alzheimer’s.

Rally your team, get creative, and make an impact in the fight against Alzheimer’s. Bragging rights and a great cause are on the line!

Teams compete within their own category, including but not limited to: Professional Services, General Services, Financial Services, Food Service, Education, Real Estate Services, and Health Care Services.

At the end of the challenge, top-earning teams will be rewarded:

• Top-earning teams in each category will be featured in a full-page advertisement in the Press Enterprise
• Winning teams will receive recognition at the Walk and be highlighted on social media
• The top fundraising team overall will receive a Visa Gift Card, donated personally by Marianne and Marissa
