Biography
Paula Potter is a Title Agent Assistant with KMA Real Estate Settlement Services, the real estate division of Kreisher Marshall & Associates. In addition to assisting clients through the closing process, she oversees the day-to-day operations of the real estate division and serves as the firm’s bookkeeper. She works closely with buyers, sellers, lenders, and real estate professionals to guide transactions from contract to closing, including purchases, refinances, title searches, and title insurance for both residential and commercial properties. Known for her attention to detail, leadership, and friendly approach, Paula is committed to making each transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Paula joined the firm in April 2022 after a successful career in the insurance industry, bringing with her extensive customer service experience and a strong background in problem-solving. She is a licensed insurance agent, a Pennsylvania Notary, and proudly serves the community as the Main Township Tax Collector.
A lifelong resident of Bloomsburg, Paula is a 1999 graduate of Bloomsburg Area High School. She and her husband, Ryan, reside in Bloomsburg with their two children, Ben and Rylee. Outside of work, Paula isa proud fan of the New York Yankees and loves attending games in the Bronx whenever she can. She also enjoys reading, spending time with her family, and relaxing with a good crime show.
